In Malayalam, there are many phrases or proverbs, which are known as "Pazhamchollukal" in Malayalam. It literally translates to Banana Talk.

The Banana Talk is an exhibition of posters on giving context and popularizing Malayalam proverbs through news from the 21st century India. By interweaving the two themes of Malayalam proverbs and news articles, this exhibition examines how proverbs can enhance the meaning of a situation or a news and provide a social commentary.
